FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

All orders placed before 3PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the following business day; all orders placed after 3PM EST will ship within two business days. Once shipped, all domestic orders usually take 3-4 business days to arrive.

All orders placed with express shipping will arrive within two business days.

Odd Yard offers standard shipping with UPS at a flat rate of $10. UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is also available.

All standard orders over $250 ship free.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. As we grow and expand, we will continually evaluate opportunities to begin shipping internationally.

We accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and all major credit cards.

Garments that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to request a return, please reach out to support@oddyardapparel.com with your order number and reason for return, or fill out our return request form.

Please note that customers are responsible for associated shipping costs, and all returns will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to edit or cancel it. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, please request a return according to our return policy.

All of our garments come with care tags attached. To maximize the life of your Odd Yard pieces, we recommend washing inside out and air-drying them.
